  • 500 grams 500 Chicken Breast Fillet

  • 400 grams 400 Macaroni Pasta (Elbow)

  • 340 grams 340 Luncheon Meat (diced)

  • 1 medium 1 Carrot (finely diced)

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 Celery Stalk (finely diced)

  • 1 medium 1 Red Onion (finely diced)

  • 3 tbsp 3 Raisins

  • 1 cup 1 Pineapple Tidbits

  • 2 tbsp 2 Pickle Relish

  • 6 tbsp 6 Condensed Milk

  • 250 ml 250 All-Purpose Cream

  • 220 ml 220 Mayonaise

  • 1 cup 1 Cheese

  • Salt to Taste

  • Ground Mixed Peppercorn to Taste (or Ground Pepper)

  • Water


  • In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
  • Add the carrots and cook for about 30 seconds. With a slotted spoon, take out of the water and put in an ice bath until completely cool. Drain and leave.
  • Put the lunch meat in the same pot and boil it for 3 minutes. Drain, then let it cool (Refrigerate for quick cooling).
  • Add chicken meat to the same pot and with enough water to cover. Bring the water to a boil and remove any scum that comes to the surface. Turn down the heat, put a lid on it, and let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, or until it’s done.
  • Drain the liquid, let it cool all the way down, and then shred it. Set aside.
  • In the same pot with the water and salt, bring about 4 quarts of salted water to a boil over medium heat. Add the macaroni and cook for about 6 to 8 minutes, or until it is firm enough to eat. Drain well.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the macaroni, chicken, carrots, ham, eggs, crushed pineapple with its juice, cheese, sweet pickle relish, raisins, onions, mayonnaise, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir together gently until everything is distributed out evenly.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for about an hour to cool completely and let the flavors blend.
