Ingredients

  • 250 grams 250 Pork Belly (sliced into bite size)

  • 1 medium 1 Onion (sliced)

  • 6 cloves 6 Garlic (minced)

  • 6 pcs 6 Shiitake Mushroom (sliced)

  • 1/2 pack 1/2 Enoki Mushrooms

  • 2 cups 2 Water or Broth (any kind)

  • 1 cup 1 Kimchi

  • 1 tbsp 1 Gochugaru (Korean Chili Powder)

  • 1/2 tbsp 1/2 Sugar

  • 1 tbsp 1 Gochugang (red chili paste)

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 Fish Sauce

  • 2 tbsp 2 Onion Leeks (chopped)

  • 1 small block 1 Firm Tofu (cubes)

  • 1 pc 1 Red Chili (sliced)

  • 1 pc 1 Green Chili (sliced)

Directions

  • In a small to medium-sized pot, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add meat and simmer for approximately 5 minutes.
  • Cook for another 4 minutes after you add the onion, shiitake mushrooms, garlic, and kimchi.
  • Pour water or broth, then add gochugaru, sugar, gochujang, fish sauce, and green onions.
  • Mix everything together, then put the tofu and enoki mushrooms on top and let it cook on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
    If you want to, you can add more water or broth.
  • Add the rest of the green onion and the red and green chilies.
  • It goes well with rice, Enjoy!
