Ingredients

  • Meatballs
  • 1/2 kilo 1/2 kilo Ground Pork

  • 3 cloves 3 cloves Garlic (minced)

  • 15 grams 15 grams Spring Onion (minced)

  • 180 grams 180 grams Shiitake Mushroom (minced)

  • 1/4 cup 31.25 g All-Purpose Flour

  • 1 1 Egg

  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

  • Misua
  • 100 grams 100 grams Misua

  • 100 grams 100 grams Carrot (minced)

  • 200 grams 200 grams Patola (sliced)

  • 50 grams 50 grams Moringa Leaves

  • 1 medium 1 medium Tomato (diced)

  • 1 medium 1 medium Red Onion (minced)

  • 4 cloves 4 cloves Garlic (minced)

  • 25 grams 25 grams Dried Shrimp (hibe)

  • 3 tbsp 44.36 ml Fish Sauce

  • 6 cups 1419.53 ml Water

  • Pepper to Taste

Directions

  • Combine all of the meatball ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix them thoroughly.
  • With spoon, shape the mixture into meatballs.
  • Fry the meatballs in a big pot for 2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Set aside.
  • Sauté onions, garlic, tomatoes, and dried shrimp in the same pot for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the carrots for another 3 minutes.
  • After that, add the cooked meatballs. Fill the container with water. Stir in the patola and fish sauce, season with pepper to taste, and cook for 4 minutes.
  • Cook until the misua and moringa leaves are tender, about 3 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
