Beef pepper rice is one of my favorite one-pan meals!

I love the way the beef sizzle when it hits the hot pan. The beef and rice soak up all that delicious flavor, and it’s so hearty and satisfying. Give this recipe a try for an easy weeknight dinner that everyone will love!

Beef Pepper Rice is so easy to make…

…and only requires a few simple ingredients. I like to use thinly sliced flank steak for this dish, but you could also use sirloin or even chicken. Just make sure to cook the meat until it’s nice and tender.

The key to making this dish really sizzle

The key to making this dish really sizzle is to get the pan nice and hot before adding the beef. I like to use a cast iron skillet for this, but any heavy-duty pan will do. Once the beef is in the pan, don’t stir it too much. You want those beautiful sear marks!

I Use white rice for this dish, but brown rice would work just as well. Once everything is cooked through, give it a good stir and then let it sizzle for just a minute or two more. Serve hot with a sprinkle of green onions on top.

Give it a try tonight and I guarantee you’ll be hooked! SEE THE FULL RECIPE BELOW!
