This Korean dish is made with fluffy white rice, eggs cooked in a light soy sauce mixture, and garnished with chopped scallions. It’s the perfect combination of sweet, savory, and comforting flavors that will make your taste buds dance!

Ingredients

  • 2 medium 2 medium Eggs

  • 1 tbsp 14.79 ml Light Soy Sauce

  • 1/2 tbsp 7.39 ml Sesame Oil

  • 1/2 tbsp 7.39 ml Canola Oil

  • 2 tbsp 29.56 g Onion Leeks (finely chopped)

  • 1/4 tsp 0.5 g Chili Flakes

  • 1/4 tsp 0.5 g Sesame Seeds

  • Cooked Rice

Directions

  • Heat canola and sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Once the oil is hot enough, add the onion leeks, and chili flakes and stir well.
  • Crack an egg (or two) and cook it until the edges are crispy or until it’s done the way you like it.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds and soy sauce over the food.
  • Fill a bowl with hot rice. Put the eggs on top.
  • Serve while it’s still hot, with a side of roasted seaweed and kimchi. Enjoy!
