  • 500 grams 500 Firm Tofu (sliced)

  • 1/4 tsp 1/4 Coriander Powder

  • 1/4 tsp 1/4 Turmeric Powder

  • 1/4 tsp 1/4 Sea Salt

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 Ground Black Pepper

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 Dried Oregano

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 Sweet Paprika

  • 1 cup 1 Flour

  • 1 pc 1 Egg (beaten)

  • 1 cup 1 Bread Crumbs

  • Cooking Oil (for frying)

  • Sauce
  • 2 tbsp 2 Unsalted Butter

  • 2 cloves 2 Garlic (peeled and minced)

  • 370 ml 370 Evaporated Milk (I used Alpine)

  • 80 grams 80 Carrot (minced)

  • 2 tbsp 2 Flour

  • 2 tsp 2 Dried Parsley

  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

  • Mix the seasonings for the tofu together, and then sprinkle them all over the sliced tofu.
  • Coat the tofu slices with flour, then dip them in the beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan. Cook the tofu until it turns a golden brown. Use a strainer or colander to get rid of any extra oil. Set aside.
  • In a sauce pot, melt butter and add garlic and carrots to make the sauce. Mix in the flour, and then add the milk gradually. Simmer until the sauce gets thicker.
  • Add salt, pepper, and parsley, and mix well.
  • Put the fried tofu on a plate and pour the sauce over it. Enjoy!
