Ingredients

  • Pasta
  • 8 cups 250 grams Water

  • 1 tsp 1 small Salt

  • 1 tbsp 1 medium Olive Oil

  • 500 grams 1 thumb Spaghetti Pasta

  • Tomato and Shrimp Sauce
  • 2 cups 2 tbsp Cherry Tomatoes

  • 600 grams 20 pcs Shrimps (peeled and deveined)

  • 1 cup 14.79 ml Basil Leaves

  • 1 cup 236.59 ml Parmesan Cheese (grated)

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 Olive Oil

  • 1 head 1 Garlic (thinly sliced)

  • 1 tbsp 1 Chili Flakes

  • 1 cup 1 Pasta Water

  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Directions

  • Over medium heat, heat the oil in a pot.
  • Sauté onion, ginger, and carrot. Add crab meat and simmer until cooked.
  • Pour the vegetable stock and water. Bring to a boil.
  • Add hard-boiled quail eggs, cream-style corn and whole-kernel corn. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Lower heat and add Slurry (starch+water) mixture, whisking vigorously to prevent lumps. Simmer for about 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Add eggs, then beat and mix. Cook for an additional minute, or until the egg is set.
  • Garnish with spring onions.
  • Serve hot and Enjoy!
