Ingredients

  • 1 can 1 can (185) Tuna in water

  • 1 1/2 cup 187.5 g All-Purpose Flour

  • 1/2 tbsp 6 g Baking Powder

  • 20 grams 20 grams Spring Onion (minced)

  • 1 medium 1 medium Red Onion (minced)

  • 3 cloves 3 cloves Garlic (minced)

  • 80 grams 80 grams Carrot (minced)

  • 1/2 cup 118.29 ml Water (add more if needed)

  • 3 grams 3 grams Garlic Powder

  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

  • Cooking Oil

Directions

  • In a medium bowl, add all of the ingredients and thoroughly blend them. (Use a food processor if you desire a silky texture.)
  • With a spoon, scoop approximately 2 teaspoons of the mixture and roll it into one-inch balls. Create balls that are as uniform as possible.
  • Fry the tuna fish balls in sufficient cooking oil until they are golden brown.
  • Remove from the pan and rest in sieve or paper towel to remove excess oil.
  • Serve while still warm with your preferred fish ball sauce.
