Ingredients

  • 6 cups 6 Chicken Stock

  • 3 medium 3 Eggs (beaten)

  • 1 medium 1 Carrot (peeled and finely chopped)

  • 1 medium 1 White Onion (peeled and minced)

  • 3 cloves 3 Garlic (peeled and minced)

  • 1 stalk 1 Celery (finely chopped)

  • 100 grams 100 Green Peas

  • 1 cup 1 Whole Kernel Corn

  • 50 grams 50 Baguio Beans (thinly sliced)

  • Ground Mixed Peppercorn or Black Pepper to Taste

  • Sea Salt to Taste

  • 1/4 cup Cornstarch + 1/4 cup Water

Directions

  • Bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  • Add all the vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Pour the slurry and constantly stir it for 2 minutes, or until it starts to get a little thicker.
  • Lastly, gradually add the beaten eggs. Cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Serve Hot!
